OUR RETURN POLICY
We are happy to issue a return/exchange on any product other than A Tiny Hooray and Surprise! Mail. We will begin to process the request once we have received your merchandise back to our shop.
With any return or exchange email request, please be sure to include your order number and attach an image of the product as well.
WHY DID MY ORDER COME IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
Some of our items are shipped from Lala, some are printed by some lovely people that allow us to offer a wider range and reduce waste - these may be sent to you direct from our fun printer buddies.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
At this time, we only ship to the U.S. and Canada. We hope to ship international in the future as Pablo and Frenchy are really excited to send gifts to their international friends.
HOW ARE THINGS HANDLED?
We take pride in carefully packaging each order. Once the package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the post office and sometimes accidents happen. The same goes for our printer friends. If you received an item that is damaged or lost in the mail, please notify us as soon as you can – we're happy to replace the product. We triple check each order before it leaves our shop, but if you receive something that is less than perfect on our end (the wrong print, for example, or a flaw in the paper), we'll happily send you a new one at no cost. (In events like these, any photos and additional info will help us greatly in our own quality control efforts!)
HOW LONG FOR SHIPPING?
We fullfill orders within 3-7 business days. At checkout, you can choose a variety of shipping methods (through USPS). You'll be notified via email with a shipping notice and USPS tracking # on the day that we send out your order. Kindly allow some time after your tracking number is generated and sent to you before the tracking info displays as valid. (It just takes some time for the post office to scan packages into their system).
